My 6-step mindset planner

Success doesn't happen by chance. 

It happens through forming intentional and well-thought-out systems.

Your systems will determine what type of autopilot you'll run on.

Here's my 6-step mindset planner to help you grow:

Step 1: Identify your long-term goals

For example:

  • I want to grow my personal brand on LinkedIn to 10,000 followers by 2025
  • My freelance business will generate £10,000 a month before tax by 2025
  • I have a happy and healthy work/ life balance

Step 2: Identify your end-of-year goals

For example:

  • To grow my personal brand on LinkedIn to 3,000 followers
  • For my business to generate £2,000 a month before tax
  • To exercise and meditate regularly
  • To improve my discipline to quick dopamine rewards
  • To spend more quality time with family and friends

Step 3: Identify your weekly and daily goals

Improve your focus by getting in the habit of scheduling your monthly, weekly and daily goals in advance.

These should line up with your end of year goals.

You should have a place where you keep track of these.

I recommend using Notion.

Affirm: "I am actively creating the life of my dreams." ✨

Step 4: Focus on your wellbeing

For example:

  • Identify what is the main negative habit you want to cut out
  • What healthy changes do you want to make to your diet
  • What's your sleeping schedule going to be
  • How often will you rest each week
  • How do you plan on resting
  • What's your meditation plan
  • What's your exercise plan

Step 5: Regularly repeat positive affirmations

For example:

  • I am physically and mentally healthy
  • I am a patient
  • I am disciplined
  • I am able to control my feelings
  • I am 100% committed to my goals
  • I enjoy overflowing abundance in my life
  • Money comes to me easily
  • I accept and embrace myself
  • I am worthy and deserving of love and attention
  • I see the wonderful person that I am
  • I am grateful for all the good in my life
  • I am grateful for being healthy
  • I am grateful to God for all of these blessings
  • I am actively creating the life of my dreams

Step 6: Daily reminders

Have a few IF/ THEN daily reminders:

  • IF I'm tired, THEN I'll go for a walk
  • IF I'm stressed, THEN I'll meditate
  • IF I'm unmotivated, THEN I set daily goals
  • IF I'm exhausted, THEN I'll take a power nap
  • IF I'm distracted, THEN I'll time-block my schedule
  • IF I'm confused, THEN I'll organise my Second Brain

Remember, if you’re 99% committed to your goals. Then you might as well be 0% committed.

You’re either going to change. Or you aren’t.

Be patient. But be disciplined and consistent in your daily activities.
